Forest Landscape Ecology Program (FLEP)
is a group of researchers who seek to:
- understand the broad scale disturbance processes and forest cover patterns in boreal forests, and
- extend that knowledge to inform forest policy development and land use planning strategies.
FLEP is a part of the Ontario Forest Research Institute of the Ontario Ministry Natural Resources in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada.
